A vlogger gives a brand-new helmet to the generous Lalamove rider who gave him money for gas. The guy did not have a lot of cash as he had only done his first delivery, but he still shared some money to the rider! For that, he got a full-faced helmet from the vlogger.
A Good Prank
A lot of vloggers these days do pranks on innocent people, some of which go beyond the line and are already hurtful or too embarrassing. Many just do it for the laughs. There are even some who cost their victims a lot of money, such as pranking delivery riders or online sellers with fake orders.
But one vlogger earned praise for the good prank he played on a Lalamove delivery rider.
In a video posted by vlogger “Team Katagumpay” on his Facebook page, the Lalamove delivery rider hesitated at first when he tried asking for some money for gas, under the guise that he lost his wallet and had needed to buy gas because he had a helmet to deliver to his customer.
But it turned out the Lalamove delivery rider only hesitated because he did not have much money. He had just come from his first delivery of the day. Naturally, he still didn’t have much cash yet. But he was ready to part with Php50.
The vlogger understood his hesitation and still admired his will to share what he had. And when the Lalamove delivery rider smiled, despite knowing he won’t ever get his money back, the vlogger knew he picked the right guy.
He drove off but quickly made a U-turn to go back to where the rider’s spot. This time, he returned the money and gave him the surprise. It’s wonderful to see the rider smiling from ear to ear with this beautiful crash helmet he received from the vlogger! Check this out:

Councilor Fakes Getting Caught by Cops for Sweet Proposal That Surprised His GF
A councilor fakes getting caught by cops for a sweet proposal that surprised his girlfriend. And we can also call him the best actor, huh?
When cops arrived at the house of City Councilor Vinchy Aggabao of Santiago City, Cagayan Valley, Philippines, he and his family were puzzled why he was being investigated. The cop said he’s from “the region” and that they have to investigate the councilor’s vehicle after it was involved in something the previous night.
The cop also looked for the councilor’s wife (his girlfriend, actually), Irene, to inform her that they would have to pick up Vinchy for questioning. They also insist on checking his car. Vinchy agreed, but with anger in his voice. How dare these cops accuse him of something? LOL. But it’s all just drama, actually…
To prove that he’s innocent, Vinchy led Irene and the cops to the vehicle to show them that there’s nothing hidden inside that would incriminate him to whatever it is the cops are looking for. But to her surprise, the back of Vinchy’s car was filled with dozens of flowers, some gifts, some of their couple photos, and “Marry Me Irene” in gold letters. Awwww.
She was so scared that there’s something bad going to happen that Irene didn’t know how to react when she saw the surprise. It turned out that almost everyone was in on the surprise as many were already taking a video and smiling even before the ‘big reveal’. Some of their family members were also bring long-stemmed roses and some fruits as gifts for the couple.
Everyone cheered as Irene accepted the ring from Vinchy! What a sweet moment.
The videographers later clarified that the couple actually live together. No quarantine violations were made because the immediate family members seen in the video also lived in the same house.
Check out this sweet proposal:

Amid the pandemic, a lot of weddings and various events have been postponed. Wedding proposals might be challenging to do but just like Vinchy you can be creative.
Here’s a reminder: Don’t violate quarantine restrictions in your area. Make sure to still follow the rules, because the cops won’t be supportive of your declarations of love if you are violating the law.
Flash mobs are a no-no. This is a good time for private, intimate proposals with your sweetheart and her immediate family. Don’t forget to wear a mask and still practice social distancing.

The viral video would reach Ryan Bang, an endorser for Fudgee Barr. The comedian immediately offered to help the boys settle their Fudgee Barr problem by offering them boxes and boxes of the popular snack item, in all flavors they could try! Wow.
Coordinating with video uploader Jwel Escoba, Ryan was able to give the boys the boxes of snacks. They also got to take photos with the comedian. Cool!
“Hindi na po kami mag-aaway para sa Fudgee, mamimigay na po kami,” the boys announced.
They certainly have no reason to fight over one Fudgee Barr now because they’ve got boxes of the snack to last them for many days! They also made good of their promise to share what they got from the comedian to their neighbors. Good job, boys!

Video Shows Brgy. Councilor Taking Half of Residents’ SAP Money
A video shows a barangay councilor taking half of the residents’ SAP money, telling them that the mayor is asking them to return part of the cash. The video has gone viral, with many netizens angrily slamming this old man and calling out the local officials for blatant corruption.
SAP Emergency Assistance for the Poor
The government rolled out a Special Amelioration Program (SAP) emergency assistance to help the ‘poorest of the poor’ and those who lost their jobs have money to feed their families during the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
The SAP money is directly downloaded to the cash cards of 4Ps beneficiaries or given as cash to other recipients. But it turned out that this cash distribution has become an easy ground for local officials to get plenty of money from the innocent citizens who had no idea about their rights under the program.
There were reports of places wherein residents were asked to group themselves so they can share the cash that one family is entitled to receive.
But in a video allegedly taken in Hagonoy, Bulacan, an old man who was identified as a barangay councilor was telling the residents to give him back half of the SAP money. The residents will only receive their SAP money if they sign the list and give him back half of the cash.
In the video, he could be heard telling the residents that the barangay captain has no idea about this, but the money will supposedly go to the mayor’s house. Some of the residents readily complied, but the guy taking the video was skeptical and asked to take a picture of the list, not revealing that he was actually taking a video.
Here’s the video:
Someone defended the barangay councilor’s actions, however.
Should SAP Beneficiaries Return the Money?
There are instances when SAP beneficiaries returned their cash they received, declining the assistance in favor of those who needed it more. But they are not supposed to return half the money to the officials who claim that this will be given to the mayor or something other local official, just like what the old man is claiming in the video.
