Man Who Refuses to Evacuate Despite Taal Eruption, Says His Children Just Left Him Alone

Tatay Eusebio Cacao spent his entire life in Talisay, Batangas, and had witnessed the 1965 eruption of Taal Volcano but the recent unrest did not scare him off the area. But he pleads for his children to come and visit him, saying that they just left him alone as if he’s just a piece of clothing they just threw away!

In a video report shared by Abante TNT, Tatay Eusebio said that when the volcano erupted again last January 12, he didn’t evacuate because he didn’t think this one would be more dangerous the first one that he experienced.

According to Tatay Eusebio, he was just 15 years old when Taal Volcano erupted in 1965. It was night and everyone was scared as it rained fire from the sky. But now that he is 68 years old, the volcano only spewed ash and mud, not fire. So, he was not scared and felt that he does not have to evacuate because there’s no danger.

Asked whether he thought the volcano would still erupt and rain fire on the island and nearby areas, Tatay Eusebio said he does not think so as the recent eruption was ‘mild’. In 1965, the volcano only erupted once and sent that rain of fire, he said, but he thinks nothing similar would happen now because the volcano is simply spewing mud.

What he is more concerned of, however, is for his children to visit him. While he chose to stay at their home despite the evacuation warning, he calls for his children to visit him because he feels that they just threw him away like used clothes.

According to Tatay Eusebio, he has seven children; though he already lost one. But the six refused to see him again and don’t even ask whether he still has money for food. Living alone, he wishes they would visit him from time to time. He added that he even has a child now working in Japan but even that one does not send him some support.

The ‘Small but Terrible’ Taal Volcano

Taal Volcano might be small and seemingly harmless, but it is actually one of the 16 so-called “Decade Volcanoes” identified around the world for their dangerous eruptive histories. It is second most active volcano in the Philippines, with 34 recorded eruptions in history.

Delivery Rider Walks to Bring Customer’s Food after Someone Took His Bike, Receives New One

After a delivery rider walks to bring the customer’s order when someone took his bike while he was picking up the food, his story went viral – and someone got him a new bike!

What a wonderful turn of events…

Delivery Rider Receives New Bike after Walking to Deliver Customer’s Order

It’s sad that there are people who take advantage of others for their own gain.

While that’s a reality that we face every single day, our faith in humanity was restored after learning about the story of a delivery rider who walked to his customer’s houses to deliver their food after someone took his bike.

It all started when netizen Danica Samson shared the story of FoodPanda delivery rider Paulo Tayam Pichay.

According to Danica, she was wondering it took so long for her food to arrive from a Jollibee outlet in Malabon.

It was a good thing she didn’t cancel the order because the guy bringing her food was actually walking to their house.

The rider (well, hiker now) explained that someone took his bike while he was picking up his customer’s order.

Despite losing his bike, he decided to continue delivering the orders because he felt bad about the money he could earn with the deliveries.

A surprised Danica snapped some photos of the tired rider who looked so tired.

The sad story turned into a happy one after someone got Paulo a new bike. He now has something to use for his deliveries again.

How to Prevent Someone from Taking Your Bike

A bike lock is the most common option for preventing someone from taking your bike. However, it can be cut or picked by pros.

Another option is to choose a tough lock, then secure the bike to something where it’s more difficult to simply move the chain to take the bike.

Recently, another delivery rider went viral for a similar reason – but the delivery was made even more hilarious because he went to the lying-in clinic (similar to a hospital’s delivery room) to deliver a package to a pregnant woman in labor.

It’s a funny play with words that got netizens laughing.

Noreen Anne Princess Tiempo shared the photos of the J&T delivery rider who also took some photos of the pregnant woman as proof of delivery.

Mom Shares Hilarious Photo of Kids Sleeping on the Floor While Cat Uses Bed

A mom shares a hilarious photo of her kids sleeping on the floor while their cat uses the bed. You certainly know who’s the boss in this house, right? LOL

Hilarious Photo Shows Kids on Floor While Cat Uses Bed

Pets such as cats and dogs enjoy varied privileges in different homes. While many dogs are left outside the house, others are also allowed to be inside and even sleep in their owner’s bedrooms.

Other pets have their own beds, while others share the beds with their owners.

But in the house of fur mom Maricris Mararac of Trece Mariteres, Cavite, it’s an entirely different story. Like in other homes, their cat sleeps on their bed – but her kids are the ones who sleep on the floor! Oooops. Did the rules change, somehow?

Sa bahay, hindi po mga anak ko nakahiga sa foam, kundi ‘yung pusa po…” Maricris captioned a photo she posted on social media.

She explained that they adopted the now 2-year-old cat, named Anyo, during the pandemic. They found him as a kitten in the streets and took him home.

But the stray cat would soon become a huge part of their family – and the real king inside her kids’ bedroom. LOL.

Are your pets also like this?

What’s a Puspin?
