Customer Goes Berserk at McDonald’s in Defense of Military ‘General Manager’

The night shift crew and manager at a McDonald’s outlet were on the receiving end of an angry woman’s rants, in supposed defense of a military ‘general manager’ whose order allegedly came ‘really late’.

On Facebook page Pinoy Viral Video, a crew shared a video of the incident out of pity for their manager who had to face the angry woman.

According to the video sender, the woman arrived at the McDonald’s outlet with her group who obviously had some drinks some place else. The woman went to the counter to order coffee, telling the service crew to serve it fast as her companions already had a few drinks.

The crew promptly obeyed.

She also ordered two BFF fries. These were also served quickly.

Shortly afterwards, according to the service crew, one man in the group that the woman would later identify as a military ‘general manager’ went to the counter to order a bucket meal with 15 pieces chicken and 16 pieces nuggets.

Since there are fewer service crew assigned to the night shift, fewer food is readily available. The service crew at the counter told the ‘military man’ they need to wait 15 minutes for the food.; he said they didn’t mind.

Moments later, while the service crew prepared the food, the woman stood up and began shouting that their food took too long to be served. She faced the security guard to complain. The security guard calmly faced the woman.

Seeing that the security guard was not going to take her side, the woman shouted that she wanted to talk to the manager. She blames the manager for her ‘incompetent’ crew; though she also accused the manager of simply standing there and not doing anything while her service crew were just ‘hanging out’ and doing nothing.

The woman slammed the service crew for taking too long to serve the food, not providing them with enough utensils, and for giving them ‘cold rice’.

While the woman angrily talked with the manager, her companions ate in peace and did not even raise their voice at the service crew…

Grabe si ate porket general manager sa military kaylangan VIP Treatment?? mga lasing po sila pero yung babae lang ang maingay. Una umorder po si girl ng coffee para sa lahat. So gy shift nga po. Bilang lang po ang mga crew nung gabe na yun. So eto na nga.

Guy’s Elaborate Marriage Proposal at Mall Atrium in Davao City Goes Viral

What better way to propose to your girlfriend on 10 years than to do it at a grand, public location such as the atrium of the city’s popular mall, huh?

That’s what Jaz Mendros planned to do – and he was able to pull off an epic proposal for girlfriend, Karen Joy Macaballug. In the video he created and shared by Philip Cuison Photography & Films on its official Facebook account, Jaz started out by explaining that he and Karen had been together for 10 years.

Since Day 1, he knew that Karen was the one for him and that he would marry her someday. Fast forward to 10 years later, he was ready to do it.

With the help of friends, he planned out the wedding proposal at no less than the atrium of Abreeza Mall in Davao City, southern Philippines last July 8, 2019.

Under the guise of hanging out at the mall, Jaz steered Karen towards the atrium just in time for a dance crew to break out into a dance.

Seconds into the performance, the group ‘invited’ Jaz to join them. While it seemed like a random act, it was soon obvious that he had it all planned out because he became the leader of the group and knew all the dance moves!

As the dance ended, Jaz emerged from the back with a huge bouquet of flowers. Cheers greeted the couple as Jaz led them up to the stage. But the surprise didn’t end there.

As he invited Karen to spend the rest of their lives together, friends unfurled the huge tarpaulin banner at their back – and it had the words clearly spelled out, “Will you marry me?

The atrium erupted in cheers as Jaz went down on his knee to prop the big question – and Karen said “Yes!” with a big smile on her face. She was rather surprised to see that many of her friends and family were also there, congratulating them moments later.

Guy Tries to Surprise Dad with a Prank on Father’s Day, Breaks Down at the Hospital

Father’s Day is a wonderful day that was created to honor fathers all over the world. One guy tried to surprise his dad with a prank as he goes home on Father’s Day, but he ends up breaking down at the hospital because he was already gone when he and his family arrived.

Keith Talens lives in Parañaque City, Metro Manila with his family but he comes from Santiago City in Cagayan Valley, some 10 hours away.

A vlogger, Keith loves to make videos – and his dad had always been supportive of his ‘star’ career. The older man would often show their neighbors some of the videos that Keith had created, even requesting many times that he also join the videos.

For Father’s Day 2019, Keith traveled home with his family and had plans to prank his dad. It was supposed to be one of the happiest Father’s Days in their lives – and he had some plans laid out for the prank as shared on the vlog he made as they traveled to Santiago.

The trip was fun. Keith was excited to prank his dad, but he felt nervous throughout the trip. He could not sleep and each time he almost falls asleep, the driver would step on the brake – and this would wake him up.

What’s worse, they missed their turn and had to travel an extra hour to go back to the point. This made Keith more nervous, but the reason would later be clear as the video suddenly cuts to a heartbreaking scene at the hospital.

His dad was already wrapped in a white blanket when they arrived. Keith was hysterical as he tried to wake his dad up…

Student Goes Viral for Standing Outside UP with ‘Reconsider Me’ Sign

It had always been his dream to study at the University of the Philippines (UP) but when he failed the entrance exams, one student decided to show his determination by standing outside the Office of the University Registrar at UP Diliman with a sign that read, “RECONSIDER ME?”

Ino Pamaran, a graduating Grade 12 student from the University of Perpetual Help – Las Pinas, took the University of the Philippines – College Admission Test (UPCAT) but failed to reach the cut-off mark. Determined to get into the university to fulfill his dream, the young man decided to a one-man silent demonstration out the school’s registrar office.

From morning to late afternoon, Pamaran stood at the sidewalk while holding the “RECONSIDER ME?” sign. UP student ‎Isabelle Lalatag shared a photo of Pamaran to Narinig Ko Sa UP (Overheard at UP) Facebook page where it would soon go viral.

Curious as to what the young man was thinking and what he thought he might be able to achieve with his deed, Lalatag asked him about it.

Maybe the right person will come along and see how determined I am,” Pamaran replied.

The day ended with no school official offering him a slot in the school or to reconsider him for admission, but his story has gone viral and he received a number of advice from other UP students who were not able to make the first cut.

According to these UP students and alumni, Pamaran could try actually going to the registrar’s office or the department he wants to enroll in to ask them for reconsideration. While his actions made him go viral on social media, it would still be better if he went to the proper offices that could directly address his concern.

If that does not work, many suggested that he enroll in another school and obtain high marks. If he obtains grades 1.75 or higher, then he has a better chance of getting accepted in UP as transferee.
