Woman from Dumaguete Predicts Future Events, Makes Accurate Predictions

For centuries, people always had this fascination with seeing the future. While all of us don’t really know what the future will bring, there are some people who could sometimes see glimpses of the future.

One of this is a woman from Dumaguete City in central Philippines.

Rasha Mae Sarne has made predictions which she posted on her Facebook account – and many of these came true! This led to a number of people messaging her for help in finding lost loved ones or other things they could not find on their own.

She caught the attention of a team from Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho after she predicted unfortunate events that happened in Mindanao.

But after talking with Rasha, the team learned that this was not the first time that she had made successful predictions.

She shared that the ‘dreams’ began when she was rushed to the same hospital as her grandfather who was supposedly known as an ‘albularyo’ (faith healer). It seemed that he had passed his ability to her, making her ‘see’ things in the future.

In vivid dreams, she could see events that might unfold in the future, including a prediction about a mother and daughter who would drown at sea, a landslide that would claim a number of lives, and various unfortunate events, including several in Mindanao.

When the landslide she predicted happened in Sibulan, a town next to Dumaguete, a family member asked her for help in locating her father. She drew a sketch of a chamber and the location of the lost people – and it matched the final drawings made by the rescue tea, despite the fact that such information was not released to the public.

Someone also asked for her help in finding his girlfriend’s grandma who had been lost for a long time. Amazingly, after drawing a sketch for the family, the grandma was found just 2 days later.

While some of her posts about the ‘predictions’ would be edited, many have come true. Is she the real deal? Perhaps she really is clairvoyant!

Wanted Yaya Ad Goes Viral for Extremely High Standards

A wanted yaya ad goes viral for the extremely high posted by a certain “Mr. Leng.” Netizens couldn’t help but make comments about this photo, especially because the qualifications were similar to that of a beauty queen.

The real question now is whether Mr. Leng is really looking for a yaya or a beauty queen? LOL

Wanted Yaya Ad with Extremely High Standards

What qualities would you look for when it comes to looking for a yaya (nanny)?

Many of us are likely to pick hardworking, with experiencing handling and caring for small kids, and preferably someone mature, such as older than 30 years old (because some people think they’re more capable of caring for kids than younger nannies).

But a certain “Mr. Leng” posted a wanted yaya ad that got netizens scratching their heads (and some laughing) because the qualifications aren’t like what we’d expect for a nanny.

In photos circulating online in various Facebook groups and individual accounts, the ad by Mr. Leng appears to have been posted inside a restaurant.

The obviously Filipino restaurant was selling silog meals, batchoy, and other Pinoy favorites.

In the post, Mr. Leng is searching for a yaya who’s at least 5’8” in height. This number 1 qualification got many netizens laughing because it’s rare for Filipino women to be of this height, unless they have a mixed nationality.

If you have no idea, most Pinays have an average height of 5’ to 5’4”.

So, Mr. Leng is really pushing it when he posted this height requirement.

Next, he wanted one who’s Chinita, has flawless skin, and “maputi” (fair-skinned). It’s clear that he wants a mestizo (mixed nationality). After all, Filipinos have naturally brown skin, possibly morena (dark) complexion.

To top it all, the yaya has to have the vital statistics of 36-24-34 – and that, my friends, made everyone think that Mr. Leng is really looking for a beauty queen, not a yaya.

Perhaps it’s a joke – and that’s really the best explanation we can come up with over Mr. Leng’s extremely high standards for his wanted yaya ad.

What do you think of this ad?

What are the Qualifications to Becoming a Yaya?

You don’t need to have an educational degree to become a yaya, but some nanny agencies or employers might require at least a grade school diploma.

Other qualifications might include:

  • Police clearance
  • Recommendations (or past experience)

They even wore black for the photoshoot and looked like they were too serious, even sad to get married. It got netizens wondering whether they were actually excited to get married at all!

Couple’s Unique Prenup Photoshoot Goes Viral

After all, a wedding happens just once in a lifetime, hopefully – and getting those prenup photos done perfectly is every couple’s goal.

But a couple in Cebu City, central Philippines made waves on social media after striking poses at the cemetery, leading some netizens to think that they’re being so creepy.

The black gothic theme for the photoshoot and the couple’s sad faces made the pictures look like they were posing for a funeral, not a wedding! Do you agree?

However, it turned out that the couple from Basak San Nicolas in Cebu City are getting their bread and butter almost literally from the cemetery. It turned out that the bride, Kayra Mae Geocallo, owns a funeral parlor while the groom, Stoney Jey Palomar, works as an embalmer.

It’s actually a perfect match for the couple – and the cemetery is their perfect location for their prenup shoot. But many netizens still think the pictures are giving them some goosebumps.

For those who think that they don’t look happy together, it might really by just for show. The two have been together for 11 years and actually have a four-year-old daughter.

What do you think of their photos?

Photoshoot in a Cemetery

There are plenty of superstitions about having a photoshoot at the cemetery, with many saying that it’s bad luck or disrespectful.

If you plan on one, make sure not to take photos of the people who are there to pay respects to their departed ones.

In many places, you’ll need permission before you can do a photoshoot, even if it’s a graveyard.

Ultimate Anime Fan? New Dad Names Baby as “Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze”

Would dare name your child after an anime or cartoon character? A new dad angers his family after naming his baby as “Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze” – but he’s got a good explanation for it. He’s definitely the ultimate anime fan, huh?

New Dad Names Baby as “Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze”

Finding the right baby name for your baby can be a challenging task for new parents. There are so many things to consider, especially when it comes to the name meaning, how to spell it, how significant it can be for the child and the family, the potential for bullying or embarrassment, etc.

But one dad threw caution to the wind after deciding to name his child after anime characters. His decision angered his family, but netizens are divided over praising and bashing him for what he did.

Before you take your side in this “Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze” issue, it’s a good idea to ask why he did it in the first place. For sure, he had his reasons.

When Jamesey Bolivar Maribojo, 29, knew that he’s going to be a single dad for his new baby, he decided to name his baby with this rather unusual name. Not only does he love anime and the Naruto series, but he explained that he felt like he could relate with the experiences of the protagonist who grew up without a family.

Jamesey said that his former partner allowed him to pick the name, but his family got angry. They told him that the kid could be up for bullying and might have a difficult time writing such a long name.

With that background story, we can all agree that the unusual name does appear impressive, right?

Naming Rules in the Philippines

There aren’t any restrictions on what you can name your kid in the Philippines. It’s not even unusual to find people with real names like “Baby,” “Don,” “Doña,” “Jesus,” etc.
